Policy

We at AlexBern do select the best quality for our products. However, on occasion we realize that a product may not live up to a customer's expectation.  It is for this reason that we have a simple return policy with all our products: If for any reason a customer becomes dissatisfied with our product he or she may request a refund for the product ordered - -  NO questions asked.

AlexBern believes that a disatisfied customer is our worse competitor.
